In this experimental phase were processed bamboo and other plant materials to produce, with the help of craftsmen from Xuan Gia Lai Binh in northern Vietnam, unique items from raw materials of the place, thus enhancing the production craft Local.
SUDesign But is not the only project that L ' IUAV , is developing; SUDesign is inside a big outreach program to the poorest countries. IUAV University of Venice, in collaboration with the University of S. Marino, is moving to the development of these paesi.Tra the various projects we have: H2o to drink, a search for water purification and water transport in the southern countries of the world, and Riplastica , enhancement the reclaimed material.
With these programs it tries to exploit the ability of design to use any type of raw material for the benefit of disadvantaged reality.
